We Voted

The poll worker said there have been a lot of people coming in and voting today. This was our first time at our new polling place (since we moved). There was no line. It took us longer to walk over there than it did for us to vote. I feel good, having done my civic duty. I am excited to watch the results tonight.

I'm going to hang around a bit until the retail stores open and then I'm going to Barnes & Noble to get a copy of Bender's Game, the latest Futurama movie. I'd have gone to Best Buy (because they had a special addition to the first Futurama DVD, but they open at 10 and B&N opens at 9, so they win). Then one more quick errand and I'm off to work for the rest of the day.

When I come home, we'll watch Bender's Game over dinner, and then, the election results.

Hoping for a landslide. a HUGE landslide... Here's to history being made and all that!.
