Anti-stress tea

So the other day I made some Traditional Medicinal relaxation tea (I forget the exact name of the blend), and I had it steeping on the coffee table. Nika, the oldest cat got on the table (an unusual move for her) and would not get down at a voice command (also highly unusual). She started stalking the tea bag and the mug.

After a few minutes of repeatedly chasing the cat away from my tea, I remembered that one of the ingredients in this particular blend was catnip. We gave her some of her own catnip so she wouldn't shred the wet teabag.
