The Avalance Has Started

Our bid has been accepted. We are now in the limbo known as the attorney review phase, wherein the deal could go south because of another bid coming in or the attorneys picking at the contract for whatever reason. But usually, this doesn't happen.

So this means that I have to get my house on the market ASAP. Sooo much work to do. And then moving. I'm kind of in some weird mental state... I'm going to move out of this house, yet it's not quite real to me yet.

The realtor told them that around here houses in the $150,000 - $200,000 range take about 10 months to sell, while the $100,000 - $150,000 range are taking 3 months.

around here, any house that's been on the market longer than 60 days has something wrong with it.
