I CAN HAS CLOSING?

voxwomanWhilst I was away at our coven retreat, the realtor called to tell us the buyer got his mortgage commitment and we have a closing date of FRIDAY!!
The sounds you hear are huge sighs of relief, happy dancing, and the crane lifting an enormous weight off my shoulders.
After I get back from Dad's doctor's appointment, I'm going to go to the house with R and the van, and clear out the remainder of our junk. Good thing he spent Saturday cleaning the garage here. There's some more stuff to go in it.
